Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
I use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for all my accounting needs...the full spectrum. As a non-profit I need to track donations and send year end giving receipts which QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise allows me to do. It also has specialized reports for non-profits which is super helpful. It produces great reports and integrates with 3rd party 1099 software and my third party database software.

- I would like to see more ways to customize reports and have that process be more user friendly.
- I would like to see the process of creating year end giving statements be made more user friendly. Since I only do it once a year, I have to figure the process out every year.

I don't know that I noticed support with growth. I guess the efficiency with which I am able to manage my non-profit even as it has grown exponentially has been very helpful.
I have been a user of Quickbooks Pro for years so I found the set up and training to be quite easy and user friendly. I am the sole user so I have not had to train anyone else.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has great tracking and reporting capabilities which has made communicating financial info with our board of directors easy and efficient. Because of this, the board is well equipped to make financial decisions and feel confident that the info they are provided is accurate. It has also increased efficiency by having everything in one place and being easy to use.
