Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
We utilize QuickBooks for our business. We are an accounting firm so many of our clients are using QuickBooks for their financial records. This allows us to become more experienced with QuickBooks which we can provide to our various clients.
- Ease of use.
- Good Help sections.
- Overall financial record keeping.
- Might be too flexible which allows clients to change things without knowing it.
- Need to have a year end close so prior year records cannot be affected without an override function.
- Could be more useful in handling payroll function.
- Better customer service
