Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
We used QuickBooks pro for a number of years and the product was adequate. While QuickBooks can certainly be clunky, the universality is priceless. We would often use out of the box thinking to create "customizations".
- Reports are robust and easily customized
- Uploading data to CPA a breeze
- Multiple locations are easy to manage
- A simple integration with a timeclock system would be nice
- A call to customer service requires several hours of dedicated time
- "Glitchy"
- Meets our basic needs for the price
- Report distribution is clunky
