Overall Satisfaction with Redbooth
Redbooth is used primarily by our corporate university team. We use it for various virtual training sessions and company-wide meetings. Our team is about 15 folks. There are other groups within the company that use different platforms, but we continue to use Redbooth as it works well for what we are doing.
- Desktop sharing.
- Good audio and video quality.
- Not a lot of customization options.
- Not very intuitive.
I prefer Adobe Connect, but it is cost-prohibitive. Microsoft Teams causes too many issues with other programs. WebEx I haven’t used in years, not sure what the current version is like. Redbooth seems to be a right balance of what we need at an affordable price. It would be great if it had the flexibility of Adobe Connect.
I’ve never actually used their support - I think that in and of itself says something about the product.
Do you think Redbooth delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with Redbooth's feature set?
Did Redbooth live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Redbooth go as expected?
Would you buy Redbooth again?
It’s nice to be able just instantly to have a meeting. I open a session and can send off the link to anyone I need to attend. Pretty instantaneous. I can also schedule meetings in advance and send out notifications and invitations. I’m able to use the same link over and over, which is helpful too.
