Overall Satisfaction with Reveal

I have been using Reveal to create a universal platform for our entire team to utilize in creating reports with variable data. Currently, it is just being used by me. I have been attempting to create the platform we need with Reveal. It poses the problem of not being able to choose the EXACT colors I need/want in the color scheme. It will choose a color from my color scheme, and just go off of that.

Pros

  • Allows for great team utilization and variable data.
  • Excellent templates to choose from if you don't want to build your own!
  • A lot of different elements to choose from when creating/modifying these.

Cons

  • Color scheme doesn't allow for EXACT colors to be chosen.
  • More types of graphs/charts in the templates.
  • Easier data input, maybe through Excel.
  • Reveal has helped me create ideas and platforms for what our team needs.
  • We have not, as of yet, implemented any of the creations, but hope to in the near future.
Reveal has a great usability for any level of computer user. The only major thing I see that is not exactly user friendly, is the color scheme issue I stated earlier in my review. Although, I am coming from a graphic design background, I need a platform that every team member in our office can use.
I tested these other platforms, but for what we are needing, they didn't have all the features that Reveal does. Reveal allows for more personalization and modifications. The other platforms also didn't have the plethora of templates that Reveal does.

Yes

Reveal is a great tool for teams to utilize when working collaboratively on a project. It also allows for variable data in the same platform, so many uses can come from one creation. It may not be well suited for a company that doesn't rely on graphics or marketing for their firm.
