Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX as our phone service. We use it on the computer (Cloud), on our cellphones and on our desktops. We use it for phone calls, texts and voicemails. Besides e-mails, RingEX is the Heart of our Job. It is very easy to install, and support is always a call away. The APP is clear, and user friendly.

- The Voicemail to e-mail feature works flawlessly
- We had issues with RingCentral Plug to MS 365 when on the cloud. The plug had to be uninstalled.
- When I call support, the verification of our account takes a long time.
- Text to email should be simplified.
- Definitely RingEX made our phone connections much easier.
- The Car connectivity is excellent and simple, and no "glitches" on calls.
- The fact that we are connected, via cellphone, computer, car, desk phone, made our communications life very easy.
It is very easy to make calls, or send messages. Is just like using our cell phone. "Simple", "Easy", "Fluid"
RingEX Proposal price for Service and phones was better. The people I talked sounded Knowleable. The features explained were the ones we were looking for.
