Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEX as our VOIP phone system. The RingEX system is integrated into our MS365, MS Teams, and MS Dynamics platforms.

We have had no issues with access and useability of our RingEX account
We only use RingEX for calls. We use MS for all other needs so the extra RingEX features are not important to us. The MS integration is the most valuable feature for us.
8x8 was clunky. App did not always work and calls were not always pushed through
