Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

It's our internal business phone system! As a company, we use RingEX to talk to other team members within the organization. As well, RingEX is the system we use to receive calls from our customers and call out to customers. I've used it as an over-the-phone technician and to communicate with my team members who contact me for requests!

  • Keeps people and organizations accountable
  • Easy to use infrastructure - don't need a phone to make use of product/service
  • Combining apps into one main, easy to use application
  • Accessing RingEX can be confusing on the backend
  • Perhaps offering a custom ringtone instead of a default for individuals
  • Moving to a fully online system was necessary, RingEX was integral for this
  • Having a system online at all times is needed for our specific business that works at all hours
  • Easy to use features for new hires
I had an issue that prevented me from successfully logging in to RingEX, however, after finding the contact to Tech Support, they were incredibly fast at assisting me with the issues and explained what was preventing me from accessing the application. They adjusted this for me, and left a very positive experience when I needed the fix right away!
Contacting teammates across Canada is made very easy! You can leave messages on the platform for your team to check if they're tied up with something. You can go back into the call log history and find out exactly what was said during a call. It's incredibly reliable, and has very little downtime if any!
