Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We switched to RingEX when it became cost prohibitive to design a DR solution for our in-house phone system. Since switching to RingEX we have reduced our monthly spend on telecommunications plus gained DR capabilities that we never had before. implementing RingEX has greatly simplified our business continuity plan. In addition, we gained access to tools that we never had before such as incoming and outgoing faxes, messaging to our business numbers and telecommunications capabilities. productivity has gone up and the number of calls to the help desk has been completely eliminated. We could not be happier with our choice to switch to RingEX.
  • incoming and outgoing calls
  • incoming and outgoign faxes
  • collaboratoin/screen sharing
  • voice mail
  • blocking spam calls
  • Eliminated the need for a DR telecommunicatoins platfrom
  • Simplified our business continuity plan
  • reduced the cost of phones, we have almost eliminated hard phones and switched almost exclusively to soft phones
Audio quality and reliability was a huge concern for us but since switching to RingEX, we have never experienced any outages or poor quality (knock wood :-) )

Surprisingly, the PC soft phone has become a standard within our company. We thought this would be a techy feature that only the most extensive power users would rely on but as we rolled it out, we were surprised to discover that it worked extremely well and was easy to use. Having this tool available to us made remote telecommuting not only possible, but extremely cost effective and reliable. We still continue to use the soft phone as our primary form of communication.
Microsoft Teams is our standard collaboration tool. We rely on this because of the deep integration with OneDrive and SharePoint.

While implementing RingEX we thought we would have no use for MVP but as time has progressed, we started using it as a platform for hosting audio only conference calls. Since then, we have used RingEX to supplement our Team capability. We use RingEX when we want to have private communications without a record in Teams and have had to rely on it for collaboration with certain customers who block Teams protocol as part of their security policy.
RingEX provided a more cost effective and complete solution than the competitors we evaluated. Reliability and call quality was of paramount concern for us. RingEX provided a higher level of reliability than many of the
competitors we evaluated.

The completeness of their product offering was also unrivaled. Other competitors offered similar features but they nickel and dimed their customers and licensing became very difficult. The MVP licensing plan was simple to understand and implement.

we implemented RingEX voice mail, SMS messaging and faxing and could nto have been happier. these were not even in our wish list but after implementing them we don't know how we could ever do with out these. We implemented the RingEX to Teams integration but it was unnecessary and we stopped using it.
