Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used across our whole organization. It is an excellent way to organize all of our employee data and at the same time connect that to the computers they each use. It has a basic but powerful task system for helping to organize all of the things that need to be done when onboarding or offboarding an employee. The reporting system is robust enough so that the right amount of information can be shared with the right people.

  • Custom fields for devices would be a big plus.
  • Ease of access to the applications I frequently use.
  • Secure way to share passwords.
  • Customized onboarding/offboarding experience.
  • Organized central hub for all employee data.
To my knowledge, BambooHR does not connect device info with employee records, nor allows for nearly as much customization as Rippling does.
Rippling's support is great! There is an easy widget to quickly chat or "leave a message" and easily add attachments. Their response time is usually very good and the response is usually immediately helpful.

With all that Rippling has to offer, it can be a lot to feel comfortable with at least at first. The implementation phase was pretty poor to be honest, so you can easily feel a little overwhelmed at first but their support is there to help you.
Rippling is great for companies who grow to a size of employees/devices where they need a database to track it all and have it all be in one place. That is rare to find, especially one that is so customizable to fit the specific needs of each organization.
