Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used by the entire company as far as I know. It helps with payroll, benefits, time-off requests, and learning modules that need to be completed for compliance. It also helps with API logins. I'm sure there is plenty more, but this is how I personally use Rippling.
  • Great, easy to use UI.
  • Efficient ability to check pay stubs.
  • Easy ability to request time off.
  • Seamless logins across various other platforms used at our company.
  • Doesn't always 'remember my device' despite being the only device I use with Rippling.
  • I am purely a user, so this really does not apply to me unfortunately.
Enzyme, Gusto I did not select Ripping; my company did. I find the UX & UI of Rippling the most user friendly.

As I've mentioned in other responses, I think Rippling's UX/UI are very user-friendly. Very intuitive and somewhat basic 'app-style' options in the homepage make navigation a breeze. I do think that the way viewing timecards is laid out could be improved. It becomes a bit busy to look at days worth of horizontal lines, which correspond to different days worked.
Well suited: needing to request PTO without needing to reach out to a manager directly, viewing benefits summary, viewing current timesheet Less appropriate: using it for educational modules.
