Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It has been very helpful in training my employees as well as having documents signed. also makes it very easy when viewing paystubs to explain pay cycles to employees

rippling has more all round features that help with everything, while When I Work is more optimized only for day to day acitvities
I have not used Rippling support before however, I hope that if I do ever need to reach out that Rippling support would be helpful

I think that sometimes it is hard for me to find certain things, or not know where to find a certain feature, however, I normally ask someone for help and then they are able to show me where to look. I think that the UI overall is pretty good in general
Rippling has been very helpful in managing my employees in training. It is good to know which employees have or have not completed trainings, and the email notifications help me have these conversations with my employees.
