Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use rippling as an employee at my company. We use it to manage our time off, payroll, benefits, and everything HR. It's where I request my PTO, sick leave, and time off. It also makes signing up for benefits super seamless and easy every year. I don't see my company ever using another solution since Rippling works so well for us!

Rippling has never given me an issue, so I have never had to contact anyone for help, within or out of my organization.
Based on my experience, Rippling is well suited for everything surrounding employee management at my company. We use Rippling and Lattice together for all HR things. Rippling for time off and benefit elections, and lattice for performance reviews etc. I don't see any scenarios in where Rippling is less appropriate. I feel like we have a well oiled engine.
