Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling primarily to manage my payroll, time off, insurance, and other things. It's extremely concise and easy to use! The interface took little time to learn. It was simple to sign up for my company's benefits and other tasks that required enrollment. I am thoroughly pleased with its ease-of-use.

Pros

  • The interface is easy and clean
  • It provides the right amount of details without overloading the user
  • Creating the account was simple!

Cons

  • So far, I have no recommendations or complaints
  • It's made the onboarding process extremely simple!

For the purposes I have used Rippling, it has worked great!
It manages my primary HR needs well! It's easy to make edits to employment information, personal information, documents, and other things. It has also given me the option to add extra security through the two factor devices. It has the option to see the company directory and message other employees but I don't found this super necessary since we communicate using other products.
