Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
When we first got it last year, it was very slow and looked empty, and I did not like it compared to our previous provider which was Gusto, which seems to be a lot more user friendly. After the last year, either our company or you've optimized some things that have made the it run much faster, and we've as a company integrated more applications with it which has made it much more useful.

- Completing insurance election
- Company directory
- The actual look of the platform is a bit dull for me
- being able to look up your salary in a much easier way
- place to display how many stock options or units somebody has would be cool
