Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my organization, we use Rippling to complete HR related tasks, such as employee training and insurance enrollment. Primarily, we use it day-to-day for logging work hours and for payroll logistics. Rippling allows us to enter in the exact hours worked for each day, without being dependent on a system for clocking in and out. Further, Rippling's payroll design is fantastic because it allows you to connect to multiple bank accounts and divide paychecks up accordingly.

Copy and paste function in time and attendance should not include weekends by default

QuickBooks Online

Rippling is much better for dividing paychecks. It also has a much easier user interface and user experience. Rippling offers a much wider range of features and functionality than Quickbooks. Also, Rippling provides better data analytics and visualization for paychecks than Quickbooks. Overall, I believe Rippling stacks up much better when compared to Quickbooks.

Usability

It is very easy to use. I have never had a problem with Rippling. The only problem I've had is not having access to some modules or functions. I had to contact my HR director, who fixed the problem easily. Overall, I've had no complaints with Rippling's usability. Additionally, the mobile app is easy to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling is well suited for people who want to automate their finances and have their paychecks divided into different bank accounts. For example, I use Rippling to automatically deposit a certain amount of money into my Roth IRA, high-yield savings account, and the remainder into my checking account. I cannot think of any scenarios in which Rippling is less appropriate.
