Onboarding and benefits elections are a breeze with Rippling! With so many people working remotely nowadays, it's nice to have an online tool for these items that keeps information safe and secure.

- When asking for additional forms, the ability to fill them out right in Rippling would be nice instead of downloading, completing and uploading again.
- Allows employees in our department to work on other tasks since the automation is so quick
