Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our weekly and bi-weekly payroll for our employees. Recently signed up for Rippling to manage our state tax accounts related to updates and fillings.

Overall customer support for Rippling have been excellent anytime that I have emailed. Their team responds usually within the day and have a great explanation on the issue and the recommendation on how to proceed going forward. I feel that the person that responds actually have a vested interest and truly cares about the issue/problem that you have.

Rippling’s overall usability is good. It has a user-friendly design that makes it easy to navigate compared with bogged-down legacy platforms such as ADP . However, the sheer number of features it offers can make it challenging to get started and come with a steep learning curve. Overall, it is easy to use and navigate.
Rippling is well suited for the on-boarding process of a new employee. The platform works well for any size company and is very easy to navigate the modules. Many times, I would like to create an ad-hoc report pulling information that is available within the site but have difficulty pulling the data or is not easy to do.
