Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
My company uses Riplling for Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance. I use it for checking payroll and insurance - as well as PTO. Our company has several regions across the US. Ripplings is universal enough to be used by everyone across the company. It's extremely user friendly and save a us a lot of time with reporting. It's easy to make adjustments and updates.

- An interactive calendar view for time off requests
- More details on insurance information, i.e. policy #s
- Some of my personal information doesn't show correctly, could be my company's issue though.
- It improved payroll processing time by 10%
Rippling is way more user friendly and easy to use. The layout is completely streamlined. I've never had trouble finding and accessing anything I've needed through Rippling either on the online portal or through the app. Time off requests weren't something my previous company even utilized on HR platforms because it wasn't available.
