No additional features are being used. There was a benefit feature that was connected but then disconnected for some reason. To add features found in the marketplace, a call to a sales person is required. The myWisely service seemed like a great service until having to wait over 24 hours to activate the service in a mobile wallet (twice), and sending in a picture of a social security card and passport.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RUN is being used to process payroll for one person in my organization on a weekly basis. The service solves (or so I am told) issues with making sure taxes are filed and and reported to the proper state and local agencies on my behalf. The use of a web browser/app and internet are how I access the service.

Pros and Cons

[I feel] the service is great for not making all of their services available as one package at a reasonable price.
[I feel] the service is great for breaking out the most useful services and offering them as add-one for nominal monthly fees.
[I feel] the service is great at retaining business by offering huge discounts and price match offers that “weren’t available” at the time of sale.

Return on Investment

The service is amazing when dealing with compliance. The company helped me identify areas I needed to address to prevent negative consequences years down the line.

Employee Self-Service

The benefit of having a separate employee access page has been a stronger brain, since I now get to memorize a different username and password.

Alternatives Considered

The sales team is great at their job which makes it hard to say no even as the realization sets in there might be alternatives that are better suited/priced for small businesses.

The service is well suited for companies with deep pockets that can absorb all of the fees that are associated with running a payroll service, or even businesses that struggle to to cover the fees but would rather not have issues dealing with taxing agencies. The service is not suited for businesses with limited cash flow.
