New User to ADP

We utilize it for all things payroll and tax filing! They have made it easy to access and process payroll anywhere and the system set up is incredible user friendly and easy to use. The reports function is simple. I have utilized other companies before that are clunky, but RUN Powered by ADP is a powerful tool yet manageable to use. With only a few clicks of the buttons, I can add deductions, run earnings and deduction reports, especially for our IRA employee deductions. I also like the notifications that they send to you to ensure tasks can be managed timely and without delay. The customer service has been great, but also enjoy how many of the answers you can find online.

The staff love the paperless option and the ability to amend and change as needed to change their direct deposit information. It saves me time when balancing other things to do. Moreover, my staff love the paperless option where they can log into the app and see the paycheck stub anytime and anywhere.
