Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Accounting & Finance uses it, which is the department I head up.
  • It can be customizable to how you want it to be.
  • The layout is easy to navigate.
  • Need an easier way to create reports.
  • REPORTING structure is terrible since reports are so difficult to create.
  • It's not easy or user-friendly.
  • Positive: we used to use QB & we outgrew it and Intacct helped with that.
  • Negative: again the reporting is very difficult and every time you want to create something it's always an additional fee to do anything or get help setting anything up for the user or other people in the company.
The automation has helped, but again the reporting part of Intacct isn't there.
We do not use any of these modules.
Because it wasn't integrated correctly, but that might be due to the company we used.
I have used MAS 90/200, it's not like Sage Intacct. MAS 90/200 was easier to use and the reporting was easier and customer service was better. With Intacct, we have to go through another company to get help.
I'm an executive at my company and the reporting part is really difficult and there are so many steps that you have to take to get to one thing. I've used another Sage product in the past called MAS 90/200 it was so much easier to navigate and build reports using crystal reports.
