Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We are currently using Sage Intacct throughout the organization which includes two countries and more than 5 offices. Our clients mostly use the multi-currency function in their accounting.
As well as they also need special and personalized reports to their needs, in both cases with Intacct we were able to solve that need for our clients.

- Stability of the software in the cloud
- Reliability of the information, even with multiuser
- Ease of sharing this information with different
- The login page looks a bit dated.
- The cost of entry is not the most accessible for small-sized companies
- Some training materials are only in the English language.
- Although it is not something that we have measured in detail in its financial impact. Sage Intacct's contribution to our organization is in the trust that we project to our clients for the management of their information.
- By being able to standardize processes, we have reflected a decrease in our billable hours. Offering a benefit to the client in reducing their billing and focusing on high value tasks.
- The use of previously configured custom reports gives us a time saving of about 80% of the time it took us to prepare these reports manually.
Automation allows us to focus on what is most important for the company, leaving our energy in processes with a high contribution to financial decisions.
Making use of this function allows our staff to dedicate part of their time in interpreting the information to offer effective management solutions to our clients, which would otherwise be used in the generation of periodic reports or tasks of not so high value.
The options are very complete with all the additional modules that Intacct offers. That part is one of the things we love the most about this system, its customization to the client's needs.
We have clients in different industries, each of them with particular needs, for this reason the use of some of these functions represents us having the specific needs of our users covered in one place.
This point is undoubtedly the most complex in the entire life cycle of Sage, for us it was a 7/10.
Our rating is due to the initial level of frustration in the configuration of the platform, being the first users in Mexico, there were no reports that local authorities need.
This represented hours and hours for a few months with the Intacct implementation team, which however kindly supported us throughout the process until its correct solution.

It is a very complete and stable solution for the price it offers.
For companies that have high needs but are not at the level of a platform as robust as SAP, that middle tier is perfect for Sage. Providing a good balance between cost and functionality it offers.
