Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We utilize Sage Intacct to manage timesheets and expenses across client engagements. This software allows us to have visibility into the amount of billable and nonbillable time our team is putting into these engagements, which allows us to analyze profitability and allocation of resources more effectively. We use this across our entire organization, which allows for continuity in reporting.

  • The ability to add a receipt on the expense line vs overall report
  • Mobile app capabilities
  • Sage Intacct has streamlined project reporting for us, which saves approximately 20% on time spent on these tasks
Our accounting team has a ton of insight into our projects and client engagements and can centrally view the status of those as it relates to invoicing, and GL.
We utilize the project accounting and time and expense modules significantly across our organization. Sage Intacct has replaced 2-3 disparate systems and has become our organizations "source of truth."
I wasn't apart of the initial configuration and set up of Sage Intacct, but the ongoing support has been okay for what we need. It would be more helpful if there were more out of the box api's versus constant customization.

Sage Intacct works well from a project and time reporting aspect as it relates to the financials of a company. Some areas of improvement that would increase my overall rating would be better integration capabilities, more intuitive expense reporting, and the ability to send reminders in the software to collect and gather timesheets. It would also be great to build a dashboard view of chosen KPIs in the software itself.
