Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Currently use Intacct to manage all matters related to A/R and A/P. Track job completion, payments, POs, and project managers. As first use site seems to offer a lot of powerful solutions but does not seem intuitive enough for a new employee to jump in and start utilizing the benefits without extensive training. I should not have to spend hours customizing my views to allow myself to work effectively. Most users needs should be relatively generalized across industries and the site's default setup should reflect that. The search function is also very ineffective.
- Generate POs
- Track job progress if updated by managing team
- Allows for easy collaboration of important documents without needing company network access
- Search views need to be heavily customized to be useful
- The search feature is too specific to allow for easy searching. If I knew the exact details of what I was searching for I wouldn't have to search for it.
- Quicker PO generation
- Easy tracking of project costs
We have benefited significantly from the accounts payable services. Tracking POs and paying invoices is now much easier than it was previously.
