Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage has really simplified our reporting process. There is no shortage of reports I can run. I can also automate reports to go out to different people which has been helpful. We also utilize the project tool so that we can track our costs by project. This has saved our technology officer a lot of time and hassle.

Our company does not utilize the accounts receivable function or the order management function, but the account payable and general ledger has really helped us. We used to have far too many accounts but Sage Intacct helped us simplify so that now we have closer to 180 accounts instead of over a thousand.
We have utilized the project accounting module with great success. Our technology team using it to track invoices so that can see what percentage they should have completed by now or if the project is starting to go off track. This saves me time as well because otherwise this would have been my job.

Sage Intacct is just a much more robust system. It is difficult to compare the two because they are so different. Dimensioning is not something Quick Books online is capable of doing. They are also not able to synch their system with only systems. It is just a much more manual process.
