Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is a very good accounting application used in our Organization for accounting solutions to our Clients. In my opinion, the application is very user friendly and help in fixing the financial statements very effectively and help our Clients to maintain their books very transparently with accurate information and improve the Credibility in the market.

Pros and Cons

Reclassification of entries through GJ to make the financials accurate as per the Client requirement
Multiple reports can be extracted at Sub-ledger level to do the analysis.

The GL Posting date and Payment date cannot be altered once the transaction is complete with the "Paid" Status which is good with respect to control but sometimes it will impact the financial review on the negative side as well. I think there should be an edit option given to the top level users at least to get them fixed.

Sage Intacct has played a vital role in over business objectives for the Client success by providing the financial solutions end to end on time without any errors.

Sage Intacct Automation

Yes, the financial Process automation has helped a lot in saving time and manage the Clients which has more transactions and increase the Client satisfaction rate and benefits both Clients as well as the firm which provides the Services to them. The Automation also improves the quality of the services provided to the Clients and increase the firms credibility in the market.

Sage Intacct Extensibility

Currently in our company we are using the multi-entity & global consolidations module which has a very good result for accounting solution. The Clients are happy when they have multiple entities and they can get their financial Published in a consolidated way as well to showcase their performance to the public will be really has a key role in having the well maintained "Good will" of the business.

Sage Intacct Configuration

The Sage Intacct was configured by our internal IT team and I am just using it for my day to day activities to record the transactions as and when we receive the details from our Client email box. The configuration is very ease when I checked with my internal team who is involved in their day to day support on the application.

The Bills are coded by AP and AR using the BILL application and integrated with Sage Intacct through a sync run and it supports very effectively to record the transactions and keep the books accurate in the Sage Intacct books which is a primary requirement from the Client to have a good record of each and every transaction to take the business decision.

Ithink the application is suitable for all Mid and Small Business to handle the accounting solutions which is helpful for the Business to take the decision on a timely basis and will help them to shape their business in a better way in the competitive market. The Business which has the Financial Statement with more accuracy help them to get more loans and advances to expand their business well and do more business.
