Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

The multi-entity & global consolidations module is being used by my current company, and it produces highly respectable accounting services results. The ability to publish their financial information in a consolidated format to demonstrate to investors how well they are performing makes the clients happy, and this is crucial to maintaining the "Benevolence" of the business position.
  • To perform all financial analysis, Sage Intacct includes a number of reports that can be pulled at the ledger and sub-ledger levels.
  • When the integration of data from other systems does not flow effectively, Sage Intacct offers the option to manually apply the payment or vendor credit.
  • Reclassification of financial transactions through GJ to make the financials correct as per the client's Business requirement to achieve the financial objective for maintaining the books
  • The audit log available is not having the complete information, which is very difficult to track if the user has left the organization.
  • The Dashboard features are not available for the basic plan, which would help to get more benefits if included for all plans.
  • The “invoice date”, “GL Posting date” and “Payment date” are frozen once the transaction is closed with the "Paid" status, which is virtuous in the aspect of to have a control but sometimes it will impact the financial review on the adverse sideways as well. The edit option given to the top-level users would help a lot to get them fixed whenever it is required.
  • Once a Credit Memo is applied against any open Invoice, we are not able to reverse the same. If we have applied the Credit Memo to a wrong invoice then we are not able to correct it.
  • Sage Intacct has a very cost-effective utilization with different budgeted packages as per the business requirements.
  • Sage Intact has played a dynamic role in overarching business financial aims for the client's success by providing accurate financial solutions end-to-end on time without any blunders
  • Sage Intacct is a very User-friendly application for all business levels.
Financial Process automation has really changed a lot in
saving hours of work to minutes and managing the Clients which has more
transactions and increases the Client satisfaction NPS (Net Promoter Score) and
benefits both Clients as well as the firm that provides the Accounting Services
to them. Automation improves the quality of the services provided to the
Clients and increases the firm’s credibility in the marketplace which brings
more business as a reward.

The IT department at my company has set up Sage Intacct, and I use it for my regular tasks to record financial transactions as and when we get information from our clients via emails or invoices from vendors. According to my internal staff, who is responsible for installing the application for users, the configuration is fairly simple.

The BILL application is used by our organization to code the Bills or Invoices and integrated
with Sage Intacct through a regular sync and Intacct supports very excellently
to record the financial transactions and keep the Client books more accurate,
in the Sage Intacct Clean books which is a primary requirement from the Client
to have a good record of each and every financial transaction to take the
future business decisions.
The Sage Intacct application is appropriate for all Mid and small Business organizations to handle the accounting framework which is
helpful for the Business to make important decisions on a timely basis which
will help them to shape their firm or organization in a healthier way in the
competitive market. The Business which has a very good Financial Statement with
more accuracy, helps them to get more funds through loans or other advances
to expand their business well and do extra business.
