Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

To create journeys, set up mailers, integrate the modals & push notifications for all our CRM related marketing content. These are done with the help of the different segmentations & preferences based on our customer data. The two main tabs being used by our CRM team is the "Content creation" and "Journeys Building". Aside from this we also used this platform for various other features, such as monitoring our tiered promotions for our VIP customers.
  • The building of the entire customer journey
  • The segmentations based on customer preferences
  • Creation of marketing mailers, push notification & other content.
  • It could be a bit more user friendly
  • The switching between different tabs, sometimes lags the system causing us to have to reload the entire application
  • The content sometimes didn't save correctly, even after it was correctly edited and renamed.
  • We witnessed an increase in the number of customers engaging with the campaigns being sent to them
  • Our Leaderboard results and customer wagering was improved
  • We were able to reach out to our VIP customers in time, with the help of the data collected while monitoring customer activity.
According to my personal opinion, it was a significant help to create journeys, set up mailers, integrate the modals and push notifications for all our CRM related marketing content that needed to be sent out on a daily basis for various campaigns we used to run for increasing the customer engagement. The reporting/monitoring of these campaigns were extremely easy for these with the help of Real-time data that was recorded in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

data that was being recorded in Salesforce. As with this data, we were able to make informed decisions about which campaigns were bringing us profit and which were proving to simply be time consuming efforts.

As previously mentioned, I personally find Salesforce Marketing Cloud to be very well equipped with all the resources that we need to use as part of the CRM team. The fact that it offers all these features under one application if commendable. Once you create the mailer content, it was a piece of cake to build the journey based on your preference & select the target audience. Once that was done, it was just a case of duplicating the scenario/journeys and customizing it according to your set targets.
