With the introduction of AI in the product, there are several benefits to administrators who might need a nudge in the right direction. It removes the uncertainty of not knowing exactly how to segment, craft a compelling marketing campaign, develop a user journey, and track the efficacy of said campaign.

As explained earlier, the reporting and monitoring of the multiple campaigns we sent to our customers on a daily basis were extremely easy for us with the help of Real-time data that was being recorded in Salesforce. As with this data, we were able to make informed decisions about which campaigns were bringing us profit and which were proving to simply be time consuming efforts.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has transformed our campaign performance by enabling precise audience segmentation and personalized messaging, driven by AI and integrated CRM data. This has led to higher engagement and conversion rates, as we can now tailor our communications more effectively and make data-driven adjustments in real time. The insights and customer journey tracking it provides have been crucial to our growth.

We use the send-time optimization the most as far as AI-driven capabilities. To have to switch between CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to get certain reporting is not ideal as not everyone has the same access, so getting that holistic view is difficult.
The ability to personalize messaging is very high in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. There are many ways to create custom emails, but there are always downsides. For example, if you want to serve up a new content block with a link based on certain criteria you've set with dynamic content, but you use journeys to set up your experience, you will not be able to do a decision split based off that link click, AND that link will be treated as unique for each person, messing up your analytics.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has made it possible for us to reach far more people for our client, in a much faster set of time versus other programs we've used in the past. We get lots of praise and compliments on how efficient it is. Through this, we have secured multiple new contracts lately.

Tracking the standard metrics is simple but trying to track more complex reporting does need a fair bit of SQL and automation to export custom reports. It is all available it just needs to be built. Data ingestion is simple but would require data manipulation to join external reports with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reports. For our clients Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting can answer almost any reporting need it just takes a little longer to get there.

I wish we had the ability to measure campaigns as we would like, for now, we just associate the donation that comes from that mass email blast. I believe there are many untapped areas such as the area of social engagement that we could take advantage of but we just don't have the appropriate staff.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud allows us to track who is opening our messages so that we can stop sending to those not interested and focus on the most engaged audiences. We also use it to identify and manage bounced emails. The personalization features allow us to tailor messages to individuals for greater engagement.

We extensively use Journey Builder functionality, which provides various options for creating campaigns like abandoned cart reminders, welcome journeys, and API-triggered campaigns. This saves a lot of time for email specialists since user-friendly drag-and-drop tools are available, including wait activities and decision splits, as well as the assistance of Einstein Intelligence.

The personalization has made considerable gains to the audience receiving. It is understanding the push and aids in responding. It tracks where the fall-off occurs and aids you if fixes are needed.

It has been more informative than actually actionable insights; being able to take test data or journey data and tweak it has helped massively with larger and longer-running campaigns; for the smaller things, because we are running a niche of a market, it is hard to turn the insights into actions but more keep them a possible note.

Unfortunately, we do not use many of the AI-driven features of SFMC; however, doing it manually and through test-and-learn strategies has allowed us to focus our ability to segment customers into better groups to send marketing efforts toward.
