Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We use SalesLoft for several things. The main one being SalesLoft Cadence which is an excellent tool to organize and automate your sales process. While they do not offer it anymore we also use SalesLoft Prospector which is an extremely effective tool for prospecting. SalesLoft offers steller customer support as well. Overall I would easily recommend SalesLoft to someone else in the same profession as mine.
  • Helps you stay totally organized. Does not allow you to get anything messed up date and time wise because it has it all laid out in SalesLoft Cadence.
  • They even tell you when your prospects are in the office or not!
  • SalesLoft Prospector is fantastic for finding information on potential customers.
  • Sometimes the system is buggy, mainly slow loading times.
  • From time to time it will be incorrect when telling me if someone is in the office or not, which can be bad if you call someone at 5am.
  • There have been many occasions where it pulls a random wrong address and then you have no point of contact.
  • SalesLoft has certainly helped me reach new prospects because of their ability to pull email addresses.
  • I can name several times where I would have forgotten to either follow up or reach out to someone, but then SalesLoft Cadence was there to save the day.
I run reports on all of my demos set which in turn helps me figure out where I am at with my quota. This is a great tool that has truly helped me get extremely organized and able to stay on top of all my work. If it was not for SalesLoft Cadence I really do believe there would have been several deals that I would not have gotten.
If you are in sales for technology you need SalesLoft. It is as simple as that.

SalesLoft is a fantastic product that will be extremely helpful to any Sales Rep looking to organize their information and stay one step ahead. While it has its shares of quirks and bugs it proves to be an awesome tool for anyone that is in the sales industry.

  • The cadence section was very easy to use and extremely well laid out. Honestly, this was my favorite part about SalesLoft.
  • I really enjoyed being able to seamlessly transport my contacts to Salesforce hassle free, another little known amazing benefit of SalesLoft
  • Prospector although it is going away was a fantastic tool. It made pulling email addresses extremely easy and was a huge time saver.
  • While I loved Cadence, it could sometimes be very buggy and difficult to use. Besides that it was great.
  • Unfortunately SalesLoft would go down on occasion, not often enough for it to be a HUGE problem but when it did things got somewhat difficult.
