Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

Sap is used for complete business solutions; it's from procuring to selling. In other words, it is coined as an end-to-end solution. It will allow you to reduce your human work power resource, sometimes better than the xy nos of human resource. It will allow me to fetch the current time data without any personnel help anywhere and at any time. It has a very good future. In my case, I am tru ng to stretch it with the new aspects of my business.

Pros

  • Easy to track waste.
  • Easy to track inventory.
  • Easy to generate invoices and track the sales orders.
  • Easy to reconcile the accounts statement/ profit or loss statements.
  • Can draw the data where improvement is needed.

Cons

  • Need to improve awareness programs for the product. They should be very specific, which product can be used for different type of business or organisations
  • Need to launch some lite versions also that could be easily handy or may be available on mobile phones also.
  • We can interact several other ecosystem to it like Oracle sales force power bi etc.
  • The unified system and process are involved in the entire site of the organization, which will help you to understand the process and workflow smoothly.
Integration with other apps and processes is very smooth. It will allow control of the data with the help of integrated apps as well as directly through Sap. You can choose it as per your compatibility. You can define and replicate the complete business process in Sap as per your physical workflow.
The process is so smoother that it's rare to visit the support centers of sap. If you have the right person or right resource it's not needed.
Very Less documentation in this process. We can track 100% of goods movement. Real-time inventory status will be shown at each instance of time. Easy to integrate with other apps and processes Quite efficient and accountable, easy to track each and everything in the system System will generate a unique no for any transactions or material movement.

One of my clients needs to update the po data every Monday that what is in an open state or what is in the closed stage, if he has a requirement he can easily access the data by their own self. He doesn't want to involve any other helping hands for this report work. Another is that client wants to track the data with serial no so serialization is involved for the order confirmation if you have 100 serial no, then you can confirm orders of only 100, not more than that.
