Security without obscurity

On the whole, the SAP Business Technology Platform serves a crucial function in our operations by being a loosely coupled integration engine. The concept of the platform residing in SAP's public cloud means that we don't have to worry much about the infrastructure ourselves. Often, valuable information can be found in SAP's community, but I would like to see more examples of use cases.

The support service typically demonstrates efficacy during interactions with knowledgeable experts. Nevertheless, there appears to be a discrepancy wherein platform disruptions, not accurately mirrored on the official status page, can be encountered. While the support team is responsive to queries and adept at problem resolution, there seems to be a considerable lead time in their response. This delay could potentially impact the efficiency of issue resolution and user experience.

Works well as a integration platform and is simple enough to setup without the need for BASIS experience. In out experience it has been relatively simple to test and get new ideas to production.

Logging capabilities need improvement, we are currently sending logs to Azure Log Monitor but this requires manually editing exported files and can not be set up using a policy.
