Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
Ever since 2019, as a Financial Analyst in my previous organization, I have been using SAP Concur to automate repetitive accounting tasks. I am still using it to carry out procedures such as AP, AR, and general ledger. Automation.
- SAP Concur has mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
- It offers capabilities that automate complex and repetitive accounting processes.
- In addition, SAP Concur offers invoice, travel, and expense modules in one place.
- It eradicates errors when paying vendors by matching POs, invoices, and receivables.
- Even though SAP Concur has a mobile application, it doesn’t offer all capabilities available on a cloud system.
- SAP Concur has 2- and 3-way matching capabilities that eradicate discrepancies when paying vendors.
- Customize invoices and control inventory automatically.
- SAP Concur offers a mobile application on my iOS that enables me to work on the go.
- Saves time and effort by automating complex repetitive manual accounting tasks.
Unlike SAP Concur, alternatives such as Accounting Seed don’t have mobile apps. Also, SAP Concur has a lot of online accounting tools, such as travel and expense management features that aren’t available on other competitive platforms.
QuickBooks: This integration eradicates need for legacy import of files and manual re-key data by pulling it directly to SAP Concur.

Travel management tools on SAP Concur allow users to save time by booking trips and reservations without involving admins.
