Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur primarily for expense management and travel management purposes. Probably the main problem I find is the training or instructions needed to enable users to use the tool without much support from the expenses department.

QAD. Not sure how these two integrate.
It has helped increase our efficiency, accuracy, policy compliance, cost savings, visibility, and control in expense and travel management.
Automation makes the whole difference. Being able to have an expense control tool on the go is of great value, and the fact that it eliminates paper use is also great.
