Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I used SAP Concur while submitting the Travel as well as expense invoices for my business trips.
There were several problems like everytime we create a new expense, the line items that we add didn't refresh automatically and add upto the total amount.
It would also be great it there were move vendors in the options while entering them.

- More options for vendors
- The positive impact is that it really helps in creating new expenses from the reference which was already entered previously for example monthly internet bills.
- The point of improvement that I see is the detection of duplicate invoices when uploading pdf files.
SAP SuccessFactors,which is a useful tool being used for maintaining employee data.
It has really helped in quick and fast process of travel and expense payout in really quick time, with barely any efforts needed from the employee or the employer side.
Users are able to enter their expenses and get the reimbursement of the amount in quick time.
