Electronic submission of expenses is so amazing and automation especially with automatic payments is the great.
It is super straight forward process when adding your expenses from any work trip and once you hit submit getting your money refunded is typically smooth.
As an administrator, I appreciate the ability to proxy in to the employee's page to help them resolve issues.

integration to other service provider - credit card merchants for example
Lesser number of clicks to submit - some of the fields can be auto dervied

Simple to follow the process when adding your expenses from any work trip and once you hit submit getting your money refunded is typically smooth.

Other scenarios where it not support so well ,is that the user needs to input all the details manually when submitting the expense
Can it be automated with voice command or use of scanning the receipt to update expense
