Overall Satisfaction with SAP Customer Data Solutions

To keep up with a growing customer base, we used this solution to unify our data across the diverse toolsets each team uses and we quickly had over half of our web and native properties tracked to SAP Customer Data Platform. There are many features of the app that are used day in and day out, but the most important is how it routes both analytics data and customer data into the same data warehouse, giving our analysts access to a single repository of our customer's records.

It has proven a great out of the box option for ingesting site data and building audiences off this data. Easy to integrate with many sources of data, not complicated to modify and allows us to analyze events easily.

Leveraging this data, you can do predictive modeling so you are proactive with customers. It is worth noting maintenance and monitoring require effort to keep the data authentic and clean.
