Usability

They are a solution that can support global companies like us and all of the complexities. Would like to see a better way to handle intercompany that still can support the legal side.

there seem to be a lot of people who are put in these positions that dont have the experience with ECC - which is still be used quite extensively. Maybe SAP should have had a better roadmap/cheaper way to move to the cloud to ensure their customers stay with them for the long term.
