Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Excellent product for managing payroll and compensations. Running payroll has been a hectic task every month in this part of the world since a lot of taxes and legalities are involved at every stage. Employee central and payroll management are a great support tool for running operations smoothly and by far no product matches its capabilities.

It is an industry leader and a lot of firms are using the same, industry-level recommendations. Its smooth process flow makes it unique and a simple choice. It consumes less time and process flows are totally amazing to derive desired reports and at the same time, the standardization of the flows is also great for audit purposes.

It's best for straight-away, rules-oriented calculations, but some parts of the local taxation-enabled areas require a bit of a free hand to customize the solution as accountants and HR guys require to be present to build these rules and adjustments at all times and it is a time taking exercise.
