Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We have been using SAP SuccessFactors for most of the training and company policy-related learning management internally. It gives us an intrinsic UI and good usability. Modules and training are placed in a very great UI-built platform which can be accessed very easily. It also can be integrated with various ERPs and CRMs to give us a holistic view of the training progress of our members.

  • Can be integrated very easily with API connectors available.
  • Doesn't cost much if the subscription plan is chosen smartly.
  • Server issues at times.
  • Limitations in terms of modules.
  • Customer service can be improved.
  • Mass impact.
  • Save of time hence quick turnover.

We have had a great experience with this suite till now as all our team members have been getting trained and gaining knowledge across various company rules and policies through this platform. We have never received many major complaints on the usability of the tool and in similar regards. Things have been great for us.
