Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SuccessFactors for Foundation objects - Employee Profile, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules and have integrations with SAP ECC for the Employee master feed. Org. management module in SAP ECC has not integrated with SAP SuccessFactors results in manual maintenance of Org. units, jobs, and positions in two systems.

We have been able to implement some legal and compliance-based processes with SAP SuccessFactors functionalities in the Recruiting space.
