Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for Foundation objects - Employee Profile, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules and have integrations with SAP ECC for the Employee master feed. Org. management module in SAP ECC has not integrated with SAP SuccessFactors results in manual maintenance of Org. units, jobs, and positions in two systems.

  • Provision to run back dated hires using Recruiting module.
  • Audit log for tracking data changes entered in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Improved HR business process efficiency
  • Automation of tasks
  • Increased productivity
SAP SuccessFactors Integration with ECC & third party applications is working with minimum manual intervention.
We have been able to implement some legal and compliance-based processes with SAP SuccessFactors functionalities in the Recruiting space.
SAP SuccessFactors is the next step of our ERP system for cloud-based solutions with better efficiencies.
