Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I am currently in our training application with SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Compliance training. It ensures our workforce is compliant and has completed the required compliance training before doing their job.
  • Automated assignment via Assignment Profiles
  • Curriculum for bundling training and supporting revisions
  • Assessment - ease of creating simple adhoc quizzes
  • User experience as it relates to launching the training and the flow
  • Learning plan organization could be improved
  • Learning paths and/or journeys as Curriculum or Programs work a little clunky and not user friendly
  • Class scheduling and registration can be improved to be more user friendly
  • Resource management for classes and integration with outlook to reserve conferences rooms and block instructor calendar would be awesome.
  • Training compliance
I believe SAP SuccessFactors doesn't offer enough APIs for LMS, especially for validated customers; hence we still have to use connectors.
SAP SuccessFactors has allowed us to roll out assessments in multiple languages without having to create them individually, which is time-saving as well as improved user experience. In addition, our users can use the application in their selected native language.

Overall I would still recommend the product as it has potential for improvements. I think SAP SuccessFactors LMS works well for validated customers. The challenge has been for the sales and services organizations which are largely remote. Improvements to the flow of taking online training as well as class resource management and scheduling can be improved to be easier to use and the need for integration with outlook.
