Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it for employee performance reviews and it works great.
  • Ease of setting up goals.
  • Reviewing my team.
  • User friendly.
  • Integration with EHP 6 via cloud connectors.
  • Integration with SuccessFactors on cloud.
  • Replacing work day with SuccessFactors globally is value added.
We face a somewhat little issue when integrating our ECC 6 EHP-6 with SuccessFactors.
We implemented SuccessFactors globally in our organization, it helped to manage compliance efficiently with the same process globally. in the past, all regions had multiple solutions, and it is a huge cost.
i believe SAP SuccessFactors is cost-efficient and ease to use and manage compared to SuccessFactors.
