Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use SAP Learning at my organization, where it is our single-LMS application for validated and non-validated use. SAP SuccessFactors Learning allows us to have all learning in a single platform, where there were previously 3-4 LMS applications throughout the organization. Given that this is our only LMS at this time, we rely heavily on the functionality of the system- despite not currently having other SAP applications to integrate with Learning.
  • SAP Learning offers us a single LMS Platform to assign, track and document learning.
  • SAP Learning doesn't have a very robust reporting capability- which is necessary for a regulated industry such as Biotech/Pharma. Reports, that are easily accessible and provide the information necessary for audits is critical. However, it does not offer that easily.

I am unable to answer this question. We do not currently use other SAP products outside of Learning. Thus, I cannot rate the ease of integration.
Implementation was a bit challenging for us, as we were migrating data from 3-4 different LMS systems. Also, trying to determine the appropriate setup to meet the needs of a validated and non-validated learning audience.

SAP is well-suited when used with other SAP products that integrate with it. However, it does not offer such a solid user experience when this is not the case and when the client's environment is validated.
