Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
In 2022, we implemented the performance/ succession, learning & compensation modules with SAP SuccessFactors. The implementation was average at the best. The company lifted & shifted the existing processes into SuccessFactors. We are now thinking of implementing Employee Central and Position Management. I would like to speak to other companies who have already implemented these modules so I can manage teh change and transition well.

It was ok. I still struggle to understand the integration with Qualtrics.
