Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are currently in process of deploying Position Management to control headcount/recruiting # job reqs etc. We utilize Recruiting and are currently in process of implementing with Paradox to utilize more AI features to review manops candidates with automations for qualifying and disqualifying 1000 of applicants daily. We use EC but however do not have manager self service deployed; before such is possible, data mapping and business rules are needed in system to control data integrity. We also use Performance & Goals for majority of the staff. We use Compensation Planning for about 60% of staff but do not use Variable Pay as the company has over 30 different calculations templates that are too cumbersome to build in SF and keep updated.
- Staying up to date with market trends and updates to software.
- Support in KBAs and chats.
- Some of the enhancements do not support HR operations; i.e. data governance masking birth year.
- Support on tickets; sometimes the support does not have the expertise to resolve issues and tickets get routed for weeks.
- Automation of pay and job change approvals.
- Automation of pay planning and approvals/budgeting.
I have been a part of implementation at previous employer with Position Management. The partners that were used did not provide us the best experience as we were told certain functionalities were not possible which was not true.
My current employer with a different partner is much more successful in deployments so far. Partners who work with implementations sometimes short change clients because they do not have the expertise needed to meet the business needs.
