Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Last year at this time we acquired 3000+ employees from a divestiture. We pulled them from their SuccessFactors into our SuccessFactors as well as loading in the 400+ organic hires. We implemented many of the business rules and data points from the other company, so we couldn't set it up exactly how we wanted, but we went live incorporating the two populations into EC. Since we have 30+ union and 40 FEIN's, SuccessFactors has been extremely flexible to properly store that data, and make it easy to manage. EC and Learning work together extremally well and that is critical to our business.

EC, Learning, Compensation all work together extremely well, and it is nice to have a one stop shop for all your HR needs. We do not have all of our contractors from Fieldglass flow into EC, but the population that does has an easy transition to learning, which makes onboarding of contractor extremely easy.
Great experience, working closely with PWC. Looing back now, we should have extended Hyper Care post go live. That would have made all the difference in where we are now in our post implementation world.

The customization of the data fields is critical in our business. The ability to hide certain fields and publish others has helped with the transparency between leadership and our employees. Building workflows and implementing Business Rules has helped us increase our data accuracy and prevented several headaches with potential mismatches. Learning the compensation module was tricky at first, but now we are using it to its full potential.
