Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use it for the full employee life cycle with all the different modules working together. This has tremendously helped to solve business inefficiencies. We continue to make improvements which is support by SAP through the work and feedback they gather from clients. Before we implemented, we had disjointed systems and very manually recruitment and onboarding processes - SuccessFactors has solved this issue. While the implementation was a little challenging to understand just how the system would work to support our business needs, the ability for continuous improvement after the fact is a truly added benefit.

- For features that clients are generally going to 3rd party vendors, it would be nice if SuccessFactors could develop that more on their own. This would help from a cost perspective to organizations that might be affiliated with the public sector or non-profit to get best use out of the system while still maintaining cost effectiveness

At first, was a bit rough since SuccessFactors was new. We got through it after several months of delay - since then, the journey has been successful as we continued to expand our product suite with other modules.
