Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use a variety of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within our company. The SAP SuccessFactors suite allows us to digitize our process and move faster in our processes. We have thousands of employees that are pushed through from hire to retire, using processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. SAP SuccessFactors helps to make approvals and information gathering faster. For example, workflows remind users of pending actions automatically, instead of chasing people down. Eliminating administrative work allows us all to do our jobs more efficiently and effectively. Also, using various modules means data streamlined from place to place. This not only helps with data accuracy but also gives us a better picture of the whole employee via analytics.

  • As system administrators, it’s hard when tools are not on the front end. Operating without a partner is ideal to move faster and ensure the configuration aligns with the business. Particularly some areas in PM
  • Redesigning permission layout within manage templates to allow for a better view of what’s currently permissioned would be a huge help
  • More data points has allowed for more informed decisions
Depending on the integration, it can be difficult to find the right connector to be comparable in both places. Also, many integrations need additional IT resources to build them out
SAP SuccessFactors has many features that are quick to turn on and test out which is great. Allowing in-house system admins work without a partner helps to speed up the process of implementing new tools. Many of the modules do require a partner or professional services to turn on or configure new tools. In those situations, the business decision and testing processes generally take longer than the actual configuration.

SAP SuccessFactors is a very helpful tool for any company looking to invest in an ongoing digital strategy and transformation. If you’re looking to revamp your career site, have additional data points for reporting, or get rid of your manual paper processes, SAP SuccessFactors can help to streamline the process.

If the company is not able to dedicate resources towards building it out or maintaining it, it becomes difficult to have a best in class system (regardless of which one).
